When you have to leave a party/social event early because you have to get up early to ride

I was at a party once in this exact situation. Met a guy at the party who was drinking A LOT and kept telling everyone that he had to be up early the next day to be a bike marshal for a race. So I chatted to him and it was the ride 4 sight, Same race I was leaving early for. What happens? he was the bike marshal for my group. I wont lie I was a little worried knowing how much he was dopping but he still did a good job.

A new chain, a bottle of lube and some luvhandles grips are the epitome of romance

Race entries and away week-ends, centered around events also rate pretty high up.

Edit> Your statement smacks of ambiguity....I just read it again...
