Great racing

That’s 2 weekends now Trek has tried to dominate a classic and been found wanting

Steve Cummings is an awful commentator offering little insight and with the personality of a tree.

Max should walk into that persons place of work and break their arm whilst they are doing their job.

Remco, that was sickening and I feared worse. Emergency response was rapid

Steve's co-commentator (not sure who he is) is even worse!! Bad pronunciation of rider surnames, getting lots of details wrong - where Steve had to correct him.

His little insight was at least accurate.

After the car accident I was involved in, I found walking extremely difficult for the first few days after. I didn’t break any bones, but the impact on my hip/pelvis (on the door) when I got flung from the car was enough to keep me in a horizontal position for a few days.

It’s almost as if the body goes into a shutdown mode, and only the bare minimum functions. That’s how it felt.

Remco’s fall could have been worse. From the little bit I saw, it looked like he was trying to hold on, before falling feet first. Had he falling head first, it might be far worse.

The Classics resume tomorrow, with La Flèche Wallonne for both men and woman, followed by LBL on Sunday.

The rainbow hoops should be on show on Sunday, meaning he has a chance to win this race twice in the same jersey (2020 and 2021, if racing remains in it's usual slots for 2021).

The BinckBank Tour is currently on air... in the wet.

Perhaps there needs to be a thread for "2020 racing", for the non-Classic and non-GT.
