Identify these pills...

My breakfast most mornings...

 

1) Either 2 blocks of Weetbix or 40g of all bran flakes

2) 10g of mixed seeds (10g is quite a bit)

3) big piece of fresh ginger root

4) 1x clove of garlic

5) 2-3 oranges

6) 100ml (proper) raw honey

7) 2 cups of filtered water

8) 2 scoops whey or soy protein powder

 

All that in the blender, blended into a smoothy. Ends up being about a liter.

 

Good nutrients and I rate the ginger, garlic and vitc in the oranges have good bug fighting elements.

 

Would rather chunder in my running shoes, go for a run and then eat what is left in them after that for breakfast, probably same texture and colour...

 

Whatever happened to a teaspoon of cement, a normal balanced diet and washing your hands regularly, works for me, flu free for a few years now...

fair question, which I probably can't answer accurately enough, but everything in moderation and a bit of common sense...

So a local pharmacy in the area sells a combination of pills that they say will help you get over cold/flu quicker. It is 3 sets of the pills below, and you take a set for 3 days in a row.

 

I've gotten into a habit of when I feel something coming on, I rush over to buy a set of 3.

 

Naturally, the pharmacy doesn't want to say what the pills actually are, their private "Recipe". Also it will be helluva lot cheaper to probably just buy the pills myself in the long run.

 

So... who knows their pills? Can you identify them, or some of them?

I'm with you there. Real food, as little cr@p as possible and enough beer to drown a small black child cute puppy :whistling:  - works for me.
