The position of the vehicle is very odd, looks like the driver saw him, tried to quickly cut the corner in front of him, and not realizing his speed, caused the collision. Definitely driver error, and my opinion not a case of 'Oh I didn't see him'! I don't think Tijl would have even had the slightest chance to touch brakes or take evasive action. This disregard to cyclists safety infuriates me.Heal up buddy, thinking of you all the time!
