S-Works 26er (2008 model)

Does anyone have any idea what this bike could be worth? My colleague had an op and can no longer ride. It's a S-Works dual sus with XTR components.

I want to list it for him but have no clue what to list it for. If it has 1000km on the clock it's a lot

That looks like my bike I sold in 2011, I got 6k for mine back then...if you get 6k for it now you would be doing well.

The problems are the rings are hard to come by now (they were hard to come by in 2011) and the shifters are also potentially an issue - if they were to fail/wear out then the options are limited.

You should get between R6 000 - R7 500.

I have more or less the same bike.

Had it in the classifieds a few years back and their were interest.

I know the XTR STI shifters were not very popular, but I loved them.

Looks like a Dura Ace rear mech...I know Sauser had a DA front mech on back in the days.

A funny wonky feet maybe ... my cranks certainly don't look like that.

Clearly I also have wonky feet because my cranks also look like that after a while

(Although with my bikes it took more than 1K km's to get to that look...)
