He couldn't get a job for love or money because he was competing in an arms with no experience and equivalently qualified BEE candidates. He offered to work for nothing. We took him in and paid him. Doubled his salary after 6 months. Worked for us for about 6 years before going to the UK. Incredibly reliable and valuable. Not everyone is like that... Thankfully there are good ones out there

But then says that to prepare, he is going to rather stop running for a few days until the symptoms clear...

Someone with a massive endurance engine will try his hands at running at an insane pace in 6 weeks time, after building said endurance in a non-impact loading sport like cycling.... I've seen this movie before... He is going to destroy his ligaments and joints. His lungs and heart will write Cheques that his legs can't Cash.... might not happen immediately but I predict somewhere during week two he will pull the plug.... For every 1000 that reached out across the valleys from our caves and tried to slay the Tyrannosaurus to bring it back to feed the family, there must have been a few who succeeded. Let us rather cherish these few wondrous legends than mourn the hundreds who fell by the wayside buoyed by nought but their nought.
