Eagle Canyon Cycles Strikes Again - Worst Customer Service Experience Ever

I recently dropped off a Mountain Bike at Eagle Canyon Cycles in Honeydew for basic repairs. After two weeks, no work on the bike had been done. I sponsor a development rider who subsequently as a result of poor service missed out on his final Nissan Trailseeker race. When I complained to the owner "Conrad" he promptly told me to F-OFF out of his shop and then proceeded to use every profanity in the dictionary of swear words that end in the F word. He flew off the handle even in front of other customers. His behavior and language was shocking, I had never experienced such a fowl mouth. So be warned, anybody taking their bike to Eagle Canyon Cycles in Honeydew. Customer service is none existent and don't dare complain or say something for risk of being verbally abused by the owner. I will never ever go back and would not recommend this establishment.

Wow...does sound a bit over the top and out of character from what I've experienced.

Any phone calls to the store to check if the bike would be ready for said Trailseeker event?

On a point of order Madam Speaker

So you dropped off the bike, no contact for two weeks, arrived and bike was untouched

just a quick question: Why not pay for / teach the development rider to do his own services / maintenance - this will be a very valuable skill for him to learn

I'm trying to give this comment the benefit of the doubt in terms of seeing a bigger picture....but I'm struggling.......So when we have a bad experience we simply learn how to do it ourselves? Not the solution.

agreed but irrelevant - now let's all see what transpires

I also find this very out of character for Conrad. Have never had any issues and always find him very pleasant to deal with.

Always two sides to the story, so have to wonder what OP potentially did to provoke such a verbal outbreak as mentioned in his post
