Soler needs 27 seconds to pull on the yellow jersey.

He's been working hard for his team.

This will be a rare opportunity for glory for him.

Tomorrow should be a thriller. Lets hope the weather allows them to do the full stage as planned. My money is on Sepp Kuss to be in yellow after tomorrow. Richie P as an outsider.

Live on SS 206 from 13h30!!

Meintjies will be interesting to watch today....

Dream on

I’m a fan of LM, but I’m beginning to think we will not see him enjoy the same success he had in 2015 - 2017

Superb win by Woods

Eina crash by G in the final 50 metres in hands slipped or something - fatique?

So much has happened in the wet ⚠️

Bizarre stage to say the least

The riders really looked finished as they crossed the line, cold, wet and 20km @ 7%

What a finish, good grief.

What awful weather!

Talk about a relentless climb, that was endless.

And what p1ss poor race timing, yet again

It is only G who could do that.

How on earth he ever managed to stay upright for 3 weeks to win a Tour de France remains a mystery.

If he is not injured and can stay upright tomorrow he should win this one fairly easily.

Looked as if a gear slipped and in the process his hand slipped off the hood.

Yellow jersey to Woods by a handful of seconds.

That is a good result for the ISN team who is a new kid on the block.

Yip, cold weather can make a rider lose his fine motor coordination with hands numbing en so aan. That crash looked so eina, bliksem.

Seen on Tweetiebird:

Geraint crashes more than my 10 year old laptop.

Well done to G... This is the best form he has been in at this stage of a season for quite a while.

Imo he is the only rider (of those who will do the 2021 TdF) who has a realistic chance to beat the Slovenians.

Not a bad ride by the "domestique" Richie Porte either.

A top 20 for Louis.. That is probably as good as it is going to get for him for the rest of his career.

Been a critic of Louis the last two years.

He looks beter this year, more eager and beter placing, TT bike still needs some more love.

Louis finished GC and TT around Kruijswyk, I am going to be optimistic and punt a top 15 TDF.

Chris Froome...not sure what is going on their, few kg of muscle in the upper body does not mean losing around 55sec to Louis in a TT.

I'm really hoping he is putting on his poker face and will come out with spinning legs and a royal flush on 18 July....BUT admittedly i have a feeling I'm thinking with my heart and not head
