Sorry for leaving this unacknowledged @NickGM

It was noted and will be fixed in an update due to go live in the next 1-2 weeks.

No stress. It's pretty pedantic. But also pretty easy to fix I'm sure.

This is really trivial but I'll mention it anyway...

In the "Discussions/Active Discussions" pane, the forum version of the website lists the total replies to an active topic, whereas the "normal" version of the website lists the total number of posts. So alternating between the two versions results in an increment/decrement by 1. I doesn't matter though.... is what I keep telling my caffeine fueled OCD.

Order has now been restored. Thanks for nudging us to finally get this fixed.

Anyone else experiencing a strange mobile experience?

1. When swiping back from a topic to the "active topics" list the whole page reloads and you lose your place to continue browsing.

2. Extremely slow loading times on mobile. LTE and wifi.

Desktop is 100%.

1. I'm seeing the same when using Safari on IOS, but it doesn't happen when using Chrome on IOS. We'll take a look at what might be causing this.

2. No problems on my end with speed on mobile and nothing else reported from other users, but we'll monitor this. Could be something related to cached files in your browser. Try opening Bike Hub in a private browser tab to see if it improves.

Thanks Matt

The problem is iPhone and Safari.

Will kill the cache and try again. Appreciate the help.

Is it possible to delete messages/conversations I've had when looking at buying items off the hub?
So not direct message conversations as I'd originally thought.
I'm probably missing something obvious, but can only find an archive option.
I want to do some spring cleaning.

Anyone else have ZERO response from sellers after sending them a message on Bikehub?

It has been three times now in the past week that I don't get any reply. Some of these sellers even relisted their adverts since my message, so it is not like the bike has been sold in the meantime? 🤔

Hi all,

Apologies for the errors this morning and unavailability of certain features.

We hit an unexpected error this morning following some database maintenance late last night.
We had to revert to a backup and rebuild search indexes which is why Active topics and search are currently unavailable. This should be complete within the next 2 hours.

I've switched the default forum view to a feed for now to act as "active topics".

No worries, never fun when DB updates/maintenance throw spanners in the works.
