Titan Racing dual suspension

Does anyone have any experience buying from The Bike Garage? I see this is where the titan is advertised.... and then what can one expect to pay to courier down to CTN? I've heard around R500?

I have purchased from Waseem (The Bike Garage) he was great. Very honest when I was looking at buying my 1st dual suspension. I wasn't sure what to look for and he helped a lot.
I don't think you can go wrong with the Titan, it was on my list of bikes to purchase but alas couldn't find my size at the time.

Edit: not sure on the courier fees - I picked the bike up from him.

I’ve dealt with them a couple times on industry related business. Hard negotiators 😉 ... helpful and good service with Waseem and Mo, they’re solid guys.

a buddy who rides with me weekly purchased a titan cypher from bike garage in Feb this year, he was dealing with Mo.

Bike landed in CPT with terrible scratches ( as if fell off a bike rack whilst in motion ) , not visible in any of the 6 pics shared.

Bike had 100mm fork even tho was advertised as 120mm

Front brakes were not working at all

Dropper was removed ( was advertised without one , thats cool ), however the cable that was routed internally was still left inside and rattling.

As per Bike Garage - they had 2 titan cyphers in stock and the specs and pictures were mixed up on the ads.

Thankfully was done via bikehub pay!!! so refund was easy

Appreciate it...tough outlaying all that money without getting eyes on the bike and having to trust people's word

PS .. TALL gent (205cm) on an XL frame.  This may be less of an issue for normal riders.  But seeing the lackluster service with his replacement I am totally underwelmed with Silverback

bikehub pays works well in this case for the peace of mind - however you will lose the admin cost and not sure who will pay the return shipping.

Thanks Maj.... Waseem hasn't been online since Thursday. So havnt heard if the Titan is still available or not

I stick to MelloVelo (Fourways) because we have a long relationship from years back. We chat, pick bike, agree on price,  pay and they order. Even if it takes longer at times with stock but then no issues. Whenever I hear I ordered this on the net and that on the net and courier I get goose bumps.

Import and distribution now via CWC. (No idea of the rest of the network...)

 

2nd replacement frame was SHIPPED to SA.... then to Joburg, before finally couriered to the Cape .... MONTHS of waiting ....

I'm so far behind-not only are they still in the game they have a 130k bike.
