deanbean Posted June 16, 2015 Share Had a great trundle into the Transkei. Met and chatted to many locals, including a few chaps transporting firewood with a sled, anda rasta fisherman. Wheels don't work on the local tracks. Never took pics though because I forgot my camera, and I wasn't about to pull out my phone. Both the estuaries, the Gxara and the Kobonqaba, and another have good pops of Leeries and springer. And the rasta fisherman told me about another river too, which should be worth a try.The fly rod was left at home though. I need a 4 piece to take with me. My 3 piece is just too long.
