BSG Posted May 14, 2016 Posted May 14, 2016 (edited) Did a small loop at the Garden Route dam this morning, surprised myself when i took the "dam climb" singletrack. Was nice but I once again found how unfit I am. Enjoyed the Kalbo 32 T oval and I am sure those short bursts on the short climbs felt much easier. Been off the bike for a while so really just aiming to eventually get back to where I was on bike before.Haha, that's what we all said when we started using Strava, until we got ourselves fit enough to chase those KOM's...
