Commuting will make you strong!

Hopefully so.

Having a family makes it difficult to get your TITS in, so commuting makes a lot of sense.

This morning between Howick and Nottingham road. For Gen: L'Tape preview :D

It has been great having so much rain recently, but I am so happy to have sun today!

I noticed how dry it was in mid-October when we passed through - areas that are usually green were still a dull brown/beige colour.

It is beautiful now.  So many flowers.

We will meet up with you guys next year in Notties when you come down for your Amashova Trek if that is ok.

Oh and the video is misleading. That drop I roll down (still can't bring myself to drop it properly) has a 1.5m drop to the actual landing, but I roll it for now cos I'm a bit of a pussy. The pallet jump (where you hear me connect the wood at the end) is about the same, but faster. Yet I do it no problem (wtf?) The drop further down before the small tabletop is about 1.2m to flat.

LEKKER day out.

Ag, tell me about it. Some obstacles just screw with your mind. There's a rock drop on the DH line from the monument which I CANNOT send. Not that high but on a downward slope with a blind landing making it look higher than it is. I hate that thing.

Btw, I tried that pallet jump this morning. Also on the hairy side for my skillset at the moment. Fun though.
