I thought this banner in Hout Bay, at the start of Chapmans Peak, was quite ironic. The lower part of Chappies is under thousands of tons of debris that will take some serious earth moving to clear. Sorry guys, Chappies is completely CLOSED (see above), we'll just have to go and do the freshly revived Green Point Moonlight Mass ride tonight.
