NotSoBigBen Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 So my laaitie arrives from work at 7 last night and out of the blue says 'come dad lets go take a spin through Rietvlei' No charged batteries and one light that's actually one of those used 'to be seen' rather than 'to see' but we just went anyway. What a blast, some close calls but also managed better than I thought! Blessed to be able to ride with him and just have fun Pants Boy, Hairy and gummibear 3
Uni Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 (edited) More of a personal journey post on where my bike has taken me than an actual destination, got a bit of a mental block on modderfontein as the first time some mates and I rocked up there I really thought I was going to need a helivac (back in April) I measure my times in terms of total time, including all the rest breaks and times I need to walk my bike, and Yeah I know still freakin' slow but since June, I've shaved over an hour over my last time, and increased my top speed by about 12km/hr.
