But for a crash near the end, RSA could've been on both lists.
Pity for Candice, being so close.

Ya it is but I reckon she feels it more than anyone . We she gets back she really deserves a Mexican wave from Cape Town to jhb for a cracking season as a privateer

she’s the real hero of 2024

Seriously though...

From competing in local trail seeker races to fighting for podium at WCups, WChamps and Olympics as a privateer. Can only imagine the sacrifices had to be made to get there.

Proper kudos to her!!!

her vasbyt is an example all our youth riders should be employing.

Bikenetwork needs to get Greg, Candice, Luke, Alan and Matt into a 60min podcast on sacrificing to crack the top 10 in MTB and then a further hour on cracking the podium. Probably need a mini sseries to cover winning

I wonder what that would look like if you added the U23 world championship title also and then recalculated the points

1. I need to find a webpage with the results in a table.
2. What I have found stops at 2010, and includes a number of names on the Elite list.
3. I knew Burry won the U23, but I didn't know he was 2nd the year before (or I forgot).

It will be very nice to have a look at the behind the scenes (or a Documentary) of Alan and especially Candice's efforts bulding up to World Champs.

On the World Champs topic - any idea if the Enduro will be broadcast anywhere the coming weekend? Could not find any info anywhere.
