Eppie Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 My son's single speed Bianchi completed. The frame is an original 1988/89 Bianchi Mondiale with Columbus SLX tubing. I transferred the original Campagnolo Athena group to my other Bianchi SL as this frame is to small for me. Excuse the padded seat cover and lock my son is a student. There is a beautiful vintage leather seat under the cover. CAAD4, Hairy and Loose cog 3
EddieV Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 My commuter single speed. Initially had a lot of other ideas as to what I wanted to do but for practicality's sake had to stick to 2 brakes .... free-hub, sturdy pedals and handlebars that is comfortable  Rides as steel should (Columbus SLX tubing) ... The 175 crank arms helps the 53 x 19 along. No major hills on the way to work BenReaper and Prince Albert Cycles 2

Just looks better on the other side. What did you do with all the bits you took off the De Rosa?
