A quick question to those with the Weeride or something like Bilby Junior Front Seat:

How much do your legs bed outwards to ride with these seats? I see the reviews on the web all say that leg movement is a bit of an issue and you battle to make sharp turns (so I presume not singletrack then?)

Mine - the ultimate instrument for strength training and balance development. We do anything on this, from serious MTBing (e.g Vredefort Dome) to road fun rides, in this case, a 40Km

I bought a tandem just like that one, last year, and already have the half-wheeler (since 2010).

Now that my little one is 4½ years, I'm going to have to try this combo but the wife already stresses about me taking her for a ride (pun not intended, until I read it again).

Anatomic (wear direct) has the smallest sizes I've seen. They have an outlet in Northgate Island :-)

i picked up a pair of little cycling shorts at a second hand place the other day. it's tiny - and it's a medium!

will actually need to put it on sometime

cool thing about a bike seat is that a quick walk around the neighbourhood can now be a quick ride and you get to explore new parks!post-1830-0-82103600-1413466841_thumb.jpg

I got the junior front seat from sportsmans last week gave it a test on the road bike, couldn't put it on the MTB because of the way it mounts in front, I was actually very surprised at how well it works, there isn't much bending of the knees and the steering was pretty good, I'll be using it on longer rides with my son on holiday so can give you more feedback after that.

There's a slight adjustment in terms of riding style with the Kangaroo carrier, but you will be surprised how comfortable it is. It's centre mounted so a good center of gravity and proper support and safety harness, so no problem on the singletracks.

I bought one of these - the best if seen so far.

My girl is safe and strapped in at all times - I can talk to her while riding and it doesnt damage my frame!

Would recommend it to anyone! Especially at R500!

from where?
