PhilipV Posted August 10, 2021 Share Saturday's ride was harder than expected. Because Princess doesn't think it's necessary to pedal. Kingg, Scary Rider, ChrisF and 6 others 2 1
Shebeen Posted August 26, 2021 Share looking for some advice here. both my kids are a little bit short for their age, but. 8yr daughter is on a Spez 20inch/6yr son on a muna16inch they both ride the 20inch now, but son is way more into cycling so it's a good bike for him. he wants to go smashing bikepark and do ramps. I need to find something simple for her. She doesn't even bother with gears anyway and it's more just school and back/shops etc. My thinking is a 24 inch cruiser type bike would be easy to use. where would i find a bike like this? could have a 1x8 or be ss? closest i can see is avalanche alphaone, but it's so similiar to their mtb types i might as well get the alu version. https://avalanchebicycles.co.za/junior-2021/#

ChrisF Posted August 26, 2021 Share I have had some VERY good service from Cyclosport in Kuilsriver. I see they have 20" on their web - https://cyclosport.co.za/index.php/buy-now/bicycles/bikes-kids/avalanche-antix-20-girls Give them a call, maybe they can source a 24" ..... A quick look on other shops suggest their is still a BIG issue with stock levels .... If you can get a TITAN ,,,,, GO FOR IT

Charles71 Posted September 2, 2021 Share This reminds me that I still need to do a 1x conversion for my 9yr's Titan 9R. Congrats on the new bike, wishing her many happy pedalling kilos. Frosty

I think a kickstand might actually solve the problem TheoG
