Hairy Posted March 7, 2016 Share Personally, I think the frame should go to Bogus for a colour code with the grips... #blingbling hell boss that would be so maadhir Bar and Grips fitted. The grip clamps are very very gold. Rode around the street in front of the house and the bar en grips felt good. Steering did not really feel much different at the moment. Will take it out for the long ride this weekend and see. colour scheme to aim for http://singletrackworld.com/columns/files/2016/03/P5010180-800x600.jpg CAAD4 and IH8MUD

Roneblack46 Posted April 10, 2016 Share Right my new build.Momsen STR -29 Large frame (silver/black)Edge Design rigid 29er forkRapide wheel setRapide 720mm bar/70mm stemRapide seat postBontrager carbon saddleRaceface NW 34 (to be replaced with an Absolute Black 34 Oval this week)Momsen Design gripsElixir R brakesShimano SPD pedalsBontrager 29-2 Expert 2.2 tyre front (to be replaced with a Specialized Ground Control 2.3 soon)Specialized Ground Control Grid 2.1 tyre rearWeight on bathroom scale 10kgBuilt by Wayne from Rapide. First ride impression: did a 2hour ride at Modders yesterday. Man the rigid is awesome. Super stiff and pointing the bike where you wanting to go is so easy. Light and fast. Takes some getting used to not having the front compress when cornering. I need to practice more thought the rocky bits.front is very light so picking up the front wheel and placing it was fun. Current conditioning will need to improve as I felt knackered last night from the harshness of the ride. Great fun.
