    Whats the difference on the frame from the 2016 model? The front fork looks a little narrower but pictures can be deceiving. Aside from that the 2016 also has the integrated seat clamp.

    It was 500m shorter than last year but more climbing and 1398m vs 1365m in 2015 The route imo was much better, and safer. Going through Jhb centre was never appealing with people running across the road etc. Kyalami is just such a great track to ride on, and i wish they would open it up for afternoon riding again ... it also made that fast descent much safer for the masses as you didnt have people going down there out of control. One critisism was at the finish past the medal table, people were shouting at the cyclist to move on because there wasnt space for incoming cyclists.... put the coke table further away then. There was almost an altercation because the official basically bumped people over who were waiting to grab a coke.... and that was for the front groups when hardly anyone was coming in yet. Overall i think its great. Also really good to see so many people taking part. What a fantastic day, and a big THANK YOU to all involved and to the sponsors.

    No need to pop a wheelie... its so steep, its like doing a wheelie the whole way up Seriously though, its no worse than any hill in JHB... just quite long. Very manageable

    This must be the first time in the history of Springbok rugby that SA is +23 at the bookies.... thats the sad state of affairs we face. But its a state of SA sport that is sadly becoming a reality. The once mighty and feared Springboks are relegated to be classed as "second division" by the likes of Nick Mallett.....

    R30k!!!! How to go from the bucket list to "no ways in hell" in 1 year. I can understand the initial increase from year 1 as they get logistics sorted out, but considering J2C is R20k and its more days, i know which one I'll rather be doing.

I have no desire or will to return to professional cycling, merely to focus on my business and giving back to the sport that has given me so much" So it seems he can do whatever he likes besides compete in any sanctioned event ...
