Anyone else noticing a large amount of bugs lately in Zwift? riders riding in the bushes, cutting corners, riding through buildings, doing loop-de-loops. i can live with those glitches what i cannot live with is the structured workout issue the watts shown on screen correlate almost exactly to the watts asked for by the workout. is, i'm asked to hold 180w for 3 min. its showing i am holding 181w constantly. i can start soft pedalling at 50w and it still shows 181w. i can pedals hard at 350+w and it still shows me around 180w. i've reported it to Zwift and they are apparently working on it

i'd happily buy a canyon. but not now. At the moment both the aeroad and ultimate have been around for 4 years. canyon need to keep up with changes made from other big names. when they do (rumour is middle of next year) i will be looking hard at the bike

Stans race is pathetic. You are better off using water I used it and it could not seal a pin hole puncture right in the middle of the thread. It did in the end seal at around 1 bar. Thankfully I was only 2 km from home. When I got home I put more in and pumped the tire up to 7 bar. I then stood the wheel with the puncture at the bottom. Next morning all the sealant was in my garage floor

pity they weigh so much. 300g for a 25mm is quite portly

yep. have yet to find sealant that actually works at pressure. i had a small puncture and all my stans road sealant came out. i've now just put in OKO - i hope this does the trick

tried the longer FTP test after flying to and from CT the day before. had to bail out on the effort. had no go!

bang on 3w/kg. in theory i should be able to do 3.4w/kg but i have never done my actual FTP for a full hour

So i finally got the time to ride Alpe du Zwift. 1h6min21sec @ Avg HR of 72% the HR is low as i did not know how i would handle grinding for 1 hour straight. was able to lift the power slightly for the last 10min. its tough work! next target is to break 1 hour

to add. there is no rule about a car stopping to admire a view while going the correct way around the loop. so if a cyclist bombing down a hill goes into the rear of a car - it's the cyclists mistake. #whatsthespeedlimit?

Rode it. loved it. was dangerous. effectively the elites had a few cat racers included in their ranks. the weekend warriors race was dangerous at best. slower riders started getting lapped on their first lap! going past that many people with those speed differentials was very very dangerous

so i called. the elite race is a go. but all sub cats have been bundled into the weekend warrior cat.

So. all the race groups have been scrapped due to a lack of interest. which now means my ride gets stuffed up to as all the elites and race riders now start in the "weekend warrior" category. I was rather hoping to have some fun this Sunday. now i'm worried its all going to be torn apart in a few short moments due to the now massive fitness differences. Lovely. I am giving serious though to giving this a skip

new update seems to be fantastic. i now no longer struggle to pick up my sensors. AMEN!
