MyWoosh works fine on an i3 13th Gen, 8GB, and onboard graphics.

Sure it buffers a bit at start-up, then on the auto setting it adjusts the game graphics and it works fine.

I do find a distinct different (increase) in "ride resistance" on MyWoosh as compared to Zwift.

Just a pity they dont have export to Garmin as an option.  Their tech team replied that they are working on this, but I might try transfering the fit file yada yada .... nahhhh, will stay with Zwift until they offer a workable platform

Why not just record on your garmin at the same time.  I do this for all indoor rides and upload for discovery.  Indoor ride mode with trainer set as a power meter and not controllable trainer.  Mywoosh/Zwift/etc control the trainer, garmin just records the info

Garmin SA customer service does NOT respond to online queries AT ALL.

ALL I need is a SCREW (lost it during transit) for a brand new out-front bike mount and paying R900 for a new one is making me want to vom*

    *Apologies for hijack.

Is it the screw that actually fits inside the mount? Try a hobby shop

🤯impressive! Don't you ever get sick?

Live a healthy lifestyle and yes I do get sick, but not much and still managed to achieve.  They have recently introduced free weeks (I currently have 2) that I can use if ever I want to take a week off.

You can always walk a Park Run or My Run and get 300 points for doing so, that's 600 points in a weekend for just walking a timed 5km event.

She should have informed you first . Now she should pay for the new charger . It's not like you can just buy a charger at the local electronics shop . The charger is part and parcel of the groupset .

You can buy a charge separate and most bike shops will be able to source one.

I often have to remind myself of this - I'm not their target market.  Did the Prime View Sprint Triathlon this weekend - used the Multisport function on my Garmin because that's what a Triathlon watch is for right? 600m swim - 10mins. 12km MTB - 27mins. 3km run 14mins.  Total time - 53mins.  Total points - zero.  3 activities, high HR but all under 30mins.

Luckily I'm an old hand at this and cycled with my Bike Garmin which I left running in Transition for an hour to get 300 points.  Crazy that you should have to game the system, but yup - not their target market.

Crazy how you can do a sprint triathlon which is proper exercise and get Zero points, yet you can eat KFC sitting on the couch watching TV at a Virgin Active Gym and earn 100 points.....

You could have just logged it as an outdoor sporting event "triathlon" and uploaded your result to get the points. https://www.discovery.co.za/portal/individual/vit-partner-outdoor-sporting-events

No need to game the system, just know the system and know where to log a multisport event recorded as a multisport event.  I do it for all my triathlons and get the points a day or 2 after.

How can I earn fitness points for race events?
Discovery Vitality members are able to earn fitness points by taking part in any timed and verified race events locally or internationally in the disciplines of cycling, walking/running, swimming and major multisport events in line with our fitness points table. You will be able to submit your race event details manually on the race events capture form. Points for race events are allocated depending on the discipline and distance of the event.

    Hi there Aurora

I currently have the same issue. As far as i know you can only run the Mavic specific brake pads on them. As far as I know it is Swisstop pads but I stand to be corrected. My first set was wearing very quickly and I need to replace them, espicially the back wheel.

    They are not Swisstop

    6. Which pads for Mavic Exalith rims?

Only use original Mavic Exalith 2 pads for all Mavic Exalith rims.

Netflix produce entertainment doc more than anything, not objective story telling.

    Unchained showed that.
Objectively, Cavendish is a personality, and in any team that can create conflict, particularly if coming up against strong personalities. It can quickly become toxic.

Personally, I feel Cavendish is relatively complex and wants everything to revolve around him and when it doesn’t and things don’t go his way. It’s always someone else’s fault and/or he’s a victim. I’d imagine working with him is a nightmare for most teams. The flip side though, absolutely fire when everything goes right and definitely one of the sport’s greatest athletes.

You should watch the doc.  Whilst it highlights certain conflicts, it is actually more about his recovery from epstine barr virus, depression, eating disorder and recovery to race again.

The doc is not about having his way in life and getting everything to revolve around him or even blaming others. It does delve into the man himself both good and bad.

I watched it and found it quite an emotional rollercoaster.
