    muscle vs fat, muscle is heavier, I went up 4kg in the lest month but caliper tests saying down 4% in body fat

    I had to leave a braai early the other day- arrived there and as my firend opened the door one of his young broken condoms walked round the corner coughing with a runny nose, handed him the bottle of wine and promptly went home to braai instead. #bettersafethansorry

    My 2c, make sure both team members have similar lights that use similar batteries so you can carry 1 small spare battery between the 2 of you, rather than carrying 2 large spares.

    until a few of these cyclists do a few years in jail for fraud you can't really watch the race and believe any one of them are 100% clean(except maybe the guy who comes last who probably needs to fire his doctor. Am sure bubba would love some clean shaven legs behind bars...

    I use my old T7 racers for round the garage now as they are well past running condition, the other day I had an off hour so decided to sneak a run and the T7's were the only shoes I had in the car, Man I forgot how fast those shoes feel...

    For EA we did all but 2 of the crossings in the dark (opposite direction) and it is not fun, not easy and not recommended, this man is on a mission. That being said dropping into Osseberg from the top gate is a lot nicer than climbing out to the top gate...

    If you go read on outside online, Walmsley ran eight 100mile (167km) training weeks in spring leading up to the race, him and the other camino cowboys spent a lot of time in the heat and running the grand canyon. He has worked for it this year... Also big win for Hoka One One...

    I assumed other private companies put the time and energy into it as we do but evidently they don't. Probably wrong for assuming it I guess but ya it goes. To us information gathered is usually protected heavily. The other thing is blatant asking for information is fine, you can usually say no and you know what is being collected. The stuff you are unaware of is another story. How many have read your car tracking privacy policies closely?

    This^^^ just makes our lives easier so we have to mine and scrape less, especially for specific markets like cycling.(that being said suunto and strava do a lot for us already) We have more valuable data sets and capture more than you guys realize buy ya data is money. Pfft the private companies are more careful with their data than the government, remember the government had one of their 30 odd gig backups with over 20million ID numbers and possible title deeds freely available to download by accident last year. Private companies know the value in the data and will protect it especially from competitors.
