The public's response to them is the joke. Over here there are lines on the floor to queue for anything and people follow them religiously. The lockdown is being eased based on Reff number. The system works. You can only blame government so much for the lockdown - the population needs to take some responsibiity. All lockdowns the world over would not be necessary if populations were responsible. when you have more trains out of service than in, have not placed an order for refurbishment of trains in over a year and a half and then expect people to social distancing on already overcrowded trains... PRASA have been so useless in CT that the bloody trains were not running anyway, so how can the claim for a loss of income due to COVID if this did not make a difference to the income earned in CT Tuxstir, MTBeer and DJR 3
