Nope

That's a bit disingenuous, though. He'd have had to use LR / PS to do some post-processing, or at the very least to convert from RAW to JPEG. I'm almost certain he'd have passed it through a couple of filters, or adjusted the levels, to get the colour he wanted.

No image manipulation / photo layering would have been a more accurate statement than "no photoshop"

What the F is a "Flat hierarchy"???

Ha ha, yes, I assumed it is a command structure where the captain is the captain of the ship but he's not above the deck-hand. Like:

Captain: "You go scrub that spot where the guy defecated on the poop deck!"

Deck-hand: "Don't talk to me like that captain, I am your equal and you make me feel intimidated"

Captain: "My apologies, I forgot to say please, old habits you know, no disrespect intended"

Deckhand: Ayaye Captain, right away"

Captain: "Thank you so much good man" Oh ****, we ran aground with all this talking"

Deck-hand: "Captain, you are not allowed to say ****"

Hi. All my images are made and finished in the camera. I only use a software to develop my images with basic settings.

Basically a dictatorship.

Flat hierarchies: a general definition

Much media attention has focused on holacracies, but actually holacracy is just one type of flat hierarchy that became popular due to its adoption by well-known companies operating in Silicon Valley and the wider technology sector.

What holacracies and other forms of flat hierarchies have in common is a smaller-than-normal layer of middle management. Some flat hierarchies have no middle managers between staff and executives, with decisions made by self-organising teams or rotating team leaders.

Others have fewer middle managers than you would normally expect in an traditional organisation of the same size, with each one managing a much larger slice of the workforce. Overall, managers tend to have more responsibility and accountability in flat organisations. This is particularly true where there is only one layer between staff and the executive level.
