Got some bibs from Mr Price sport, (was a bday gift from my daughter)

Can't believe how good the quality is for the price, have gone through a bunch of bibs over the years and the quality of these is easily comparable.

My awesome wife got me another pair today for using on the day to day rides, a no brainer. R399.00post-39840-0-64408100-1570351176.jpeg

Sure thing, had some sportful and some pearl izumi that actually havent lasted that well, maybe im too harsh on the gear, just toss it in with regular laundry, dont dry it in the sun, but at R1k to 2k plus am glad have found a cheaper alternative for day to day rides.

Sounds good. How long are you spending in the saddle per ride?

Im in to the longer stuff so I need bibs that can save my delicate ass on long rides.

Normally 1.5 to 2 hrs, I reckon they are comparable to mid price range bibs, unlikely to compare favourably with top end stuff.

I have a pair of Endura fs260 pro if I go for longer rides but I will prob end up with a sore butt regardless.

This was needed to complete my gravel / CX build bike. Only Cannondale will know why their CAADX frame has a flat mount brake on frame but post mount fork??... lol

Ordered from Canada and took 2 weeks with Aramex global shopper ( excellent service). After ordering it I came across a hubber who has a contact for making it locally... at a third of the price I paid. But at least this one is cnc made and works perfectly.

I need one of those... if you don't mind, what did you pay for it landed in SA? And could you maybe PM name of the hubber that makes it locally to me?

I currently have my wife's post mount calliper on my bike which means her bike has some cheapy on it - so I need to return hers soon.

Not trying to sell it - you've solved the problem already.
