Musketeer Posted March 25, 2015 Share This might be a stupid question, but have to ask. I have read elsewhere on this thread about using a smaller mtb frame? I have no desire to buy a road bike but have an XL XTC frame that I want to build up for a commuter and maybe slap some slicks on for the odd tar excursion. I'm on the cusp of a L and XL frame on the mtb, so will the XL not work? Asking as a complete novice.
