Monster week

 

So my stage race week of training is over.

 

Finished up on TSS:1838 IF:0.8775

 

Looking at the numbers I think they are reading a bit high as I haven't changed my threshold since the beginning of the year due to me taking up the weekend warrior technique of training and being to lazy. :blush:

 

Time to get my A into G for the rest of the season. :whistling:

With work and studies I struggle to get above 700TSS a week at the moment. So big up dude :thumbup:

 

Week day:

wake up at 03:45,

on the bike at 04:30,

off the bike at 07:30,

off to Varsity at 08:15,

back from Varsity at 13:00,

on the bike at 14:00,

off the bike 17:30.

 

Weekend:

wake up at 04:00

on the bike at 04:45

off the bike at 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00. depends

No, with after hours studies I manage around 10-11hrs a week, so have to make them quality.
