I believe a good dose of vitamin green keeps the goggos at bay, this is the kind not prescribed by doctors - its the roll it up, light it up and enjoy kind. I'm a firm believer that this plant has many medicinal qualities - the transient feeling is just a bonus.

I'm all better now, but despite the excitement of Le Tour I seem to have been struck down with acute laziness!

Hope it passes soon. Its not my natural state! Now, where are those biscuits . . . :-)

Got flu for the first time 2 weeks ago since I started cycling. Was sick for 4 days. Never want to go through that again, was damn hard to get back on form, amazing how much flu can affect ones performance.

The flu has gotten into my chest and nose on Saturday night.

What makes it worse was that I took a tumble at Northern Farms and hurt my shoulder 10 days before the flu, so just as my shoulder was 70 % there I thought let me take a ride on Sunday to test the shoulder and woke up with flu.
