It can not go fast with the thread and it is easy to spot. Anyway get glucose powder and mix in your water. I have never tried it but I am sure something will happen

The hub is a crazy place as I have learned over the few years I have been part of it.I guess we can agree that we don't always agree with each other, and that's not always a bad thing.

Honey Stinger I met the local distributor at one of the World Cups that were hosted in PMB and tasted a few samples. I ended up buying a the gels, chews and protein bars. These were the only packaged gels at that stage that didn't leave a k@k aftertaste and they seemed to do the trick. They were comparable with locally available gels if not a fraction more expensive but when the rand/dollar started to go ape, so did the pricing of the Honey Stinger products and it wasn't financially viable for them to import any more as they were priced out of the market. Awesome tasting product though!

Apologies for that but at least we had some lively discussion. I have learnt and will apply the lessons - hopefully my venture will be better off for it.
