Look for a treadmill that has bluetooth connectivity for Zwift.

You can also set up this app https://github.com/cagnulein/qdomyos-zwift as a bridge which will control the incline.  Look of FB for the QZ group about set-up and intereaction with the developer

As for second hand, look on FB marketplace, or maybe a few fitness machine suppliers will have good black Friday deals
