Stans levels must be kept at 60Skt per 2.10. Levels above that can lead to Stan clots/balls which will influence the balance of your wheels and can be fatal if you lose control. I really hope it was a syringe for bleeding his brakes or that he had permission to use one for some sort of medical condition. It would be interesting to know where the syringe was found exactly...Would he have voluntarily withdrawn if it could easily be seen it had been used for mechanical purposes, I doubt it....
