Wil6 Posted February 28, 2017 Share Also have to give credit where it is due. Bought a lefty hub that was on special middle November last year from CWC. When it arrived, I quickly had a look at it and everything looked scratch free and new. Waited for my Hope Hub to arrive from CRC to start my build with my Carbon rims, and being the holiday season over December, I only received the last part of my build late in January. Realized when we wanted to start the build that the lefty hub was a 24Hole. Contacted CWC, and they send their courier company to collect the Hub, and gave me a full refund as they did not have a hub I was interested in. I phoned the shop, and 2 hours later somebody picked up the wrong part, and delivered the correct one less than 24 hours later on a Saturday to Joburg. Had the same issue, apparently there was no stock of one of the goodies I ordered, because of the cycle tour expo and what not... They sorted me out quick quick though... The courier company had it missorted; and they don't even deliver where I live. I had to arrange for somebody to meet the courier in Upington (120kays away) because he did not know where upindustria is...
