I remember reading somewhere if you paid last year for the second lap this year is free, hope it is still the case!

And of course no Argus is complete without the medical questionnaire...

I think they have gathered that there has been a general

Paying R540 for a second lap seems a little silly. What do they need the extra bucks for? I did all my damage on the first lap

1. It isn't Friday yet.

2. This lifeless horse can be found somewhere here, approximately 12 and 24 months ago.

The one thing that I clearly recall from last time I did the second lap is how knackered I was the first few km's, certainly wasn't fun for me riding dead tired in the heat & wind dodging the shaky riding of some backmarkers - you certainly don't pace yourself for a 200km ride doing the 1st lap! (Got better later on though..)

Simple :  I did 2 laps last time it because goes to charity and this time i'm doing it as it was damn lot of fun todo second lap.  The first lap I have no clue what i'm doing, i just see black/red/white/stars

also, I don't stop on first lap .. so 2nd lap I make sure I stop at all points and eat myself silly

Also thought the second entry was going to be free to those who entered for two laps last year... queried it and just got a general "come ride twice by paying another R540" HAHA

Seeding index of 29 seems way too high for someone to be able to finish round 1,gather his thoughts and then get back to the start by 9:50 latest

My seeding index is 20.80, and if I make my goal time (anything sub-3) that would leave me with less than twenty minutes to get back to the start. On tired legs.

I'd absolutely love to do it some day. But this year will not be that day.

Im 1F starting at 6-37. If I do second lap I don't think I am able to get to start chute by 9-50. Let's for argument sake I just get a sub 3 (which I never did before) . That will mean I will finish 9-37. Then will have to navigate through other finishers to get out .then cycle to start chute, and this basically means I have less than 10mins to do all of this and take a pi$$.

I did it from 1g  06:33:30 in 2016 and first round of 3:11.   I had time to spare
