Moved from BMC to Pyga earlier this year. Pyga is incredible, geometry is super forgiving, allows for great trail riding. i have a 130m fork. Bike is bullet proof. Santa Cruz is mighty fine though.

Goodluck!

What about the Yeti SB4.5

Yeti SB4.5c

This over the ASR any day of the week.

That would be my pick.

Another vote for the Yeti 4.5c. Saw the 2018 model in my email yesterday... looks so sic.

Follow the above advice if you don't mind riding with a hydration pack on your back. Freaking cool bike, but no bottle cage.

If you do super long rides where you'll need two water bottles, then get the Pyga Stage.

If one water bottle is enough for you and you'll appreciate a bike that's pretty capable on the downs and pivot bearings for life, get the Tallboy 3.

If one water bottle is enough and you want to get all your tools out of your pockets and stash them in an awesome trap door, get the Camber.

Hi hubbers.

I'm in the process of building up a new bike and having a hard time deciding on what to build for myself for the 2018 season. I'm looking at the pyga stage, yeti are and a santacruz tallboy.

The reasons why I chose those three Bikes I because of its 120mm travel from and 100-110mm travel rear. Making it perfect for xc semi trail bike. I'm not worried about components because the Bike is gonna be Custom built.

Im just wanting to know which is the better frame of the three.

Thanks

WHAAAAAAT? that's like saying I am looking at bmw and mercedes because they both have four wheeled cars!

also fitting this bill

and even this

so if you can't be more specific on what you're wanting to do with the bike, you're not really going to get much constructive input here.

This is great advice.

Any (or ALL!) of the above.  All of them are dream bikes I think.  Personally, if I could do n+1 and get another bike I would go for an SB4.5c.
