Crash #2 for the year and we not even halfway through it yet. You'd think that a guy that earns as much as he does that he'd at least be able to stay on a bike and ride a full season sometime.

Why so much animosity?

Cav is one of those personalities that people either love or hate. And to top it of he's a pom and a bit whingey at times too. An entertaining racer too.................... when he manages to keep the bike upright that is.

There’s lots more, but I’m bored now....

That track one was disgusting.

Okay they all are but that one was just awful I remember swearing at him when it happened.

Did he even realise what had happened after the track accident?

He is good at pretending.

Personally I've always liked Cavendish's style. Scrappy bastard, reminds me of James L (very good mate of mine) in style, approach and capability.

Doing charity stuff doesn’t make you a good person or sportsman.

It could well be a facade as part of his professional image or even for some people filling a selfish hole rather than about the work or its recipients.

Either way, I guess we should use more than one criteria to judge a person, and even then....

But as a sportsman, his history of “crashes” some that could end the careers of others, I can’t take him one bit.

Not feeling the love for one of the best cyclists in the game. Ever. Not that I said so.....his results say so.

I actually like the guy and was happy when he joined Di Data. He is a fabulous sprinter and from his social media a decent guy too. That said, he is still a typical sprinter and the best do push and blur lines often and will get on people's nerves. Cav's nonchalant attitude only further emphasises the arrogance required to be a really really good sprinter.

Come on Guy,

No one wants to crash. Its part of the sport and definately not worth ranting over as if he keeps doing it intentionally.

You can tell by his social media posts that he certainly is not enjoying his run of bad luck and desperately wants to race at full capacity and win again
