THanks. I have seen that one so many times. The rear wheel in that set is buckled. I specifically need to rear wheel. If I have to have it rebuilt is is going to probably add another R800 to the cost.

I may have something if I have not given it away yet .... will go scratch through my box of party tricks ... are you looking for disc brake compatible hubs, or can it be old school for rim brakes?

Sup! I forgot that not everything these days is disc brake!

I shall amend the ad... 32 hole disc brake with a hyperglide/splined shimano or SS freehub

I am building a SS commuter bike for one of our staff who lives close to work but not close enough to walk. I have everything except a full set of wheels. 

I have a set of roval rims and a QR front hub and spokes/nips but no rear hub. I'm also happy to pay for a full set of wheels if they are not super costly as it's a passion project.

Posting here in the hope someone has something stashed away..

I'm looking for a decent 26" rim brake/V-brake wheelset, preferably with Shimano hubs with dust seals like the LX/XT/XTR hubs
Alternatively also looking for decent loose 26" rim brake/V-brake compatible rims and hubs.
I have a really nice vintage Kona that I have built up but the wheelset is toast and rim brake 26" wheels are not easy to find
Seems if you don't hammer it using some disc specific rims will work but I'd prefer not to go that route.
I'm not expecting freebies, just let me know what you have!
