Now just to mount handlebars to a vibroshake machine to plank my way out of arm pump... Or just go ride more.Less planking, more wanking. ???? Honestly, training needs to happen and with work the way it is, and lightie every 2nd weekend, this is the only way it'll happen apart from a ride once a week at most. Hit a session last night once the little one had gone to sleep. Put a movie on, donned my headphones and bob's your mother's brother. Boring; yes. Monotonous; HELL yes. The stages have been confirmed with a little bit of tweaking here and there if any.
