Hey guys. I have an enlarged boob. Only on the one side. I went to the house docter and she said it was gynecomastia. I then went to a specialist doctor and he said that it's cosmetic and that the medical aid won't pay to have it removed. He also said I have to wait till I'm 18 it might or might not go away. Its defenitely not going away, 70grams of fat doesn't just disappear.

It bothers me a bit. So do you guys know if such a thing is really cosmetic or not?

How much would not having kids reduce "your" carbon emissions ?

i.e.

would someone that chooses to eat meat and not have kids , have A drastically smaller carbon footprint than A vegan( or 2 vegans for the sake of semantics) that has 2/3 children ?

I want to say definitely but that's why I'm asking

...overpopulation is way bigger than nearly any issue we face

I raised the same point in the thread a while back. I had read something which I cant find again that detailed how much impact a single human has.

The basic premise of the article was that having kids was the most damaging thing anyone could do to the environment.

Wisdom comes with experience. How old are you? you can answer after class My Mom also told me a lot of things which I found out were just because she loved me.

Yeah, mine too. You would think that moms might be saying things mostly to inspire you in areas that may not be your best...

Exaggerate much? So I could go and dump barrels of oil in the ocean, but god forbid, dont have children.

Over population occurs because of the advances in food production.

Huh? There's not much advanced food production in poverty stricken war torn African countries, but there certainly is over population.
