Ag. If I die It's all good. I've already had an amazing life and seen many amazing places and ridden many amazing roads and trails.

Can we get back to talking about exercising during lockdown now please?

We had an AMAZING (slow) run this morning. We ran down to the end of the harbor wall in HB. There was a boat offloading it's catch. We said hi to the fisherdudes and turned around.

A dog took a dump on some coiled rope and lo & behold the dog walker didn't see it. Can you imagine that? I've never seen a dog walker not clean up after it's dog before.

The view from there was absolutely unfathomably beautiful.

Just before dawn. So amazing.

Both in the shoe.

Was a little tighter than usual but not bad.

I prefer one inside one over the shoe. My little piggies need room.

The morning sky has been stunning this week. Indicative of Autumns last throw of the dice before winter hits us.

Took a ride along my POT this am. Tokai area was busier than a U2 concert in the 90's. Boyes drive strangely was a little quieter and I' starting to recognise a few regular faces.

My next petition will be for Minister Patel to ban joga pants on grounds of safety... especially those made of that reflective material

The sunrises and sunsets have been amazing.... Shepherds delight AND shepherds warning!

Nope... Speculation I send of week... In essence what would have changed to allow level 3 between Prez speech and month end? Nothing. No more beds or respirators or masks or Cuban docs... We are as ready as we might ever be...

Oh, tell. I know nothing about the healthcare procurement methodology or goals as well as the medical standby response directives so I'm guessing you have the inside word on what has actually (not) been done since then. I'm guessing feedback is they have been sitting on their hands doing f'all part from scheming how to make ordinary folks life difficult. Would love to know the inside track there.

Stunning !

After last Sunday's 100km in 2h59 (technically legal, even if it took me an extra 6 mins to get back home after completing 102ish km in 3:05), I'm planning another (easier ??) challenge for tomorrow morning (if its not raining)

Whats-App-Image-2020-05-20-at-10-17-53.j

Doing this loop 16 times for a total of 1024m elevation / 42km, let's see how that one goes. Especially after tonights Zwift race !

Edit : That race was way too rough, I'll do it sometime in the weekend rather ????

Did 50km in my 5km radius - singularly unpleasant - less than half of runners and cyclists with faces covered.

If you don't like the mask you're gonna f#%kin love ventilator muppets

I hate the mask and I lower it when I'm maxed but I'm wearing it because I can't shake the image of what YOU will look like while they intubate you.

WEAR THE F*$KIN MASK MORONS

They are everywhere. Where I work, there is no protocol on checking clients. So when someone comes in and doesnt have a mask, I leave and sit in the tea room. Likewise when there are too many people.

You shouldn't let them in the front door, how is that not standard practice by now?

My office, security screens you at the main gate. No mask or fail screening = no access.
