Hey Gents , I have set up a race/ride for 7 am tomorrow morning . It’s called Bikehub Knysna to Wilderness . Please feel free to join . I’ll try message as many guys as what I can to join . I’ll also to post a direct link

Thanks for the PM.

To everyone, enjoy - I'll think of you while I'm sitting in N3 traffic on the way to the office. Some of us have to keep the country/economy going. As a result, I'm limited to the afternoons (17:30 onwards).

I am also still working, just remotely from home.

Day 12 and I am still figuring this Rouvy thing out.
I have a dumb trainer and no power meter, so can only connect with Cadence and Speed and can't get the calibration right (need to try harder).

I have had more joy from following spin class type videos on GCN

Watching Rapha videos and just cruising at a certain cadence or heart rate is also OK for me.

That was hard...thanks everyone.

We had a lekker battle for 4th going at the end...I lost and came 6th.

Just a question - can your fellow competitors see your stats while you're racing, like HR and PWR?
