splat Posted April 7, 2020 Share Day 12 and I am still figuring this Rouvy thing out.I have a dumb trainer and no power meter, so can only connect with Cadence and Speed and can't get the calibration right (need to try harder). I have had more joy from following spin class type videos on GCNWatching Rapha videos and just cruising at a certain cadence or heart rate is also OK for me.
