DR ◣◢ Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 Maybe it was that steal of a deal in the window! But seriously. The syndicate behind bike thefts in the Western Cape really needs to be put behind bars. There is no way that so many bicycles are stolen through petty theft alone.
