Struggling to find what I need online. Common size Y and T wrenches are out of stock or not stocked.

Can anyone recommend a shop?

Looking for:
T wrench complete set or individuals that make up the 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10mm offering

Y wrench in 4, 5, 6 and 2, 2.5, 3

Allen key set with the ball end on the bottom.

Valve tool

Or... what are the alternative brands to look at?

If there is something i learned over years of working on bikes, cheap tools break bikes.

May I ask why not online? On Monday morning I ordered a Park Tool pump from Takealot and less than 24 hours later I had it my my grubby paws!! Not bad service!!

Basic sizes of tools I need are out of stock. More likely to get it at a store.

The Cajees opposite the East Rand Mall also has quite a range of park.

Yep, Cajees Boksburg has a pretty decent range of Park Tools stuff, and you will always get it at a better price then what it is marked on the shelf

Local shops. Not online.

I need a tool .... big shop does not have stock .... take my details, will check with their suppliers and get back to me ....

Pop in at my LBS (Giant Durbanville) .... Julien quickly go on line and check with their suppliers, give me a price, I nod, they put it in their delivery for Monday .... tool picked up, bike fixed, still had no feedback from the big shop ....

Moral of the story, build a relation with your LBS ... they all have access to the same suppliers, just some actually willing to assist their client.

Park tool are imported by Cape Cycle Systems, so any shop that sells SRAM/Rockshox, Camelback etc will be able to get anything Park Tool at the drop of a hat.

It's as simple as placing the order.

If CCS don't have in stock, they are often able to phone the shops in your area THEY supplied to check availability.

It just involves the LBS to

A. have a good credit relationship with CCS and

B. picking up the phone and asking them for your order.

I think you will find the biggest obstacle is A............

For regular ball end allen keys i would go King Tony. Lifetime Warranty and i have put mine through some things... still trucking.

Was going to suggest of the OP isn't married to the idea of Park, there are plenty of options from tool suppliers.

Not at all married to Park or Urion etc.

I was actually considering getting the T handle wrenches from Mastercraft.

Will look into King Tony.
