With a few of my running injuries the only treatment that helped and quickly as well was shockwave therapy. Not saying that this would be close to the machines used by my physio but hopefully it can sort out a few of the minor niggles at home.

its worth the 600 bucks. Been using one for about 3 months now and its great for recovery and the few minor niggles that pop up.

 

Don't be fooled by these expensive "branded" ones, they all from China. The look is just different.

Check Aliexpress and Amazon, you will find the same things. Just shipping to SA is a problem at the moment.
