Jaco Steyn Posted December 24, 2022 Share Are those posting Strava Year in Sports stats premium subscribers? I got an e-mail indicating that my stats are available, but when I click on the link, I am required to subscribe in order to see it. Back to GarminConnect for the years totals 👍👍 This morning after my lazy pre-Christmas ride, I played with the Strava app on my iPhone. I then saw that you could see your yearly stats, just not with the fancy infographics. I went to "You" on the right-hand bottom of the screen. I scrolled down past "This week" and "Activities" until you see "Statistics". There all my year's statistics was tabled. See my stats below. Probably not too bad for an "outoppie" that will be 60 early next year.😁 ChrisF, Zebra and Frosty 1
sirmoun10goat Posted December 24, 2022 Share Just use statshunter, gives good insights (although it lumps all activities together), but you can get monthly emails of progress, and other stuff. ChrisF and Frosty 1

ChrisF Posted December 25, 2022 Share For the Garmin Connect users. Log onto Garmin Connect via your PC. Select "Reports" (last blue icon) Select "Progress Summary" (last option) In the second column select "This year", or any other custom period .... In the last column you can now select your individual activities to see your stats. Still a few days to go to achieve my last goal for the year .... Brighter-Lights Posted December 25, 2022 Share I started riding from scratch this year after several years of inactivity and gaining weight. All on my old 26er mtb... ChrisF, Delarey, Jaco Steyn and 6 others 8

The Ouzo Posted December 31, 2022 Share Also got my final ride in this morning. Was great to be out, even though there was a drizzle and I cut it short because I wasn’t feeling 100%. Not the numbers I was aiming for, but still a good year. Had the most fun I’ve ever had at CTCT, finally got to do a 100 mile ride. Even though I struggled at 947 I equaled my best time. ChrisF Posted December 31, 2022 Share This was an interesting year ..... 364 for 365 Cycling - Comments from friends got me thinking, and testing my riding ... and then a late entry to CTCT 2022. This barely a few months after my first 100km ride. June I did my first stage race ... uhm well ... sort off. I entered for days 1 and 3 of Trans Augrabies. My recovery after a long day was just too slow to attempt 3 days in a row. Seeing people in their 70's doing all three days was a sobering moment !! Back at home I made work of sorting out my mid-ride-nutrition as well as recovery food. Now regularly doing three day practice rides, and already entered for all three days of Trans Augrabies 2023. July I managed my first 100 miler. This progress was balanced with my bi-weekly short rides with Maritz. Pity Garmin does not dress up the stats nicely, still here it is : Walking - During the last two years I have been walking daily. 6 September I was man-down and this was the only day that I not meet my daily goal. In fact, this is the 1 day that cost me 365 of 365. 2023 ..... I need to spend more time on my core work ..... Scary Rider
