A Good few years ago (like 10) He used to ride Tri Spokes front and back and used to fly down past Vida in Camps Bay till the Police station, turn back and coming flying back past just till he got up the hill, then repeat, For hours, Mainly because there were other cyclists there we assumed and he wanted to look "cool" I guess, LOL.

 

But yes again, He does have a medical condition (mental type), Obviously not bad enough to keep him off his bike though.

We used to call him Paul, not sure why or if that was actually his name! He used to do laps down Camps bay main Rd.

@JewbaccaI had a relatively similar interaction with him outside Checkers previously.

I don't think they are Spinergy ones, but definitely tri or quad spoke wheels of some sort. 

Now that I know he has some difficulties I know to just avoid him. It's weird that he is so aggressive though....

He gets aggro quite easily so I just smile and wave. The guys he gs with know how to deal with him so better to chat with them. I just smile and wave. I recall after a fun ride he was hanging about the finish and I probably had a curious look on my face as I rolled past him and all I got was “ wot you looking at…?!l

now anyone dressed in yellow tights is hard to miss even at night and me being me I thought I’d fire a quick witty response like “shouldn’t you be off tying a bad guy to a tree or sumtin Robin?” But the Buggie on my shoulder said “hold that thought sunshine..”

As soon as this Ezel malarkey of this weekend is over im going to put my big bike in the back of the line and just ride SS and run trails for the foreseeable future.  For some reason I am excited about a masochistic summer.
