Then from St Arnaud to Blenheim on tar and then back down the Molesworth Road home. Freaking amazing! Glad I have to train for a 3.day event in June. After CTCT I struggled with motivation to get out there .... nursing some roasties and a still tender leg did not help. The "lus" to ride seems to be coming back .... as winter rain is moving in. Think my indoor trainer has done more miles in the last 6 weeks than it has done since lockdown ended. Actually trying out a combination of core exercises followed by a 30+ minute ride on the IDT ....
