Bike is surprisingly okay. Superficial damage - scratches here and there, but nothing too serious. 

 

My off on 11 March was not as bad as yours. Just an hour in the event medic tent, and lots of roasties.

 

Thigh was a very deep purple for more than two weeks.  Thankfully nothing torn or broken.

 

I did short Zwift rides, followed by 5 minutes in a cold swimming pool to aid in the recovery.

 

 

More importantly.  Just replaced the ESI grips.  No other damage to my bike.

Couple more of Knysna. The heads. Pretty spectacular. The Simola Hill Climb this weekend. Some of those cars are bloody rocket ships. The faster you go the quicker you crash aweh!! Should be fun watching.
