Christmas morning had a power failure, took my new me to me out for a chill ride in the drizzle. Was awesome.

Race at Hartenbos and surrounding areas. Nice race, but prize giving and lucky draws after race huge fun. Some riders walked away with either a flat screen TV, smart phone or Jakkalsvlei wines. Nice holiday vibe.

Did 5 laps of Hoogekraal Full Loop this morning...these were taken in the early stages of the sufferfest

 

 

 

Dam dude, five loops is impressive. I got to the top of my third loop once, but I was completely stuffed, couldn't concentrate and fell my ass off. This was even before the new section opened.

Haha! I have crazy friends that come up with crazy ideas spontaneously, nevertheless, I managed 5 Full loops, 60km in 4:20min and about 2200m climbing in 30deg heat,...and a b-r-o-k-e-n body afterwards! Its now a challenge segment on Strava for those with crazy friends!

Rode Rocky Bay mtb trail today. what a lekker ride. Seems the pic is to big to upload, but it was good fun, nice climbs lekker descents and awesome single track.
